CS=CRANBERRY SWEET & SOUR MIX小紅莓酸甜汁(CS=BARSOUL的GRENADINE我們不用色素)
250g SUPERFINE SUGAR
500g FRESH CRANBERRY
500g RECONSTITUTED LEMON JUICE
1000g FRESH LEMON JUICE
BLENDING→SIEVE→JUICE POURER
PAJ=PINEAPPLE JUICE鳳梨汁(過篩→使用低密度濾網,保留果肉鮮甜口感)
1 FRESH PINEAPPLE JUICE
350g TYPHONE PURE PINEAPPLE JUICE
BLENDING→SIEVE→JUICE POURER

4 fresh orange slice with superfine sugar & LS→Muddle

juice glass on the rocks,add CS→Build
strain shake mix in the glass→Build
